ORIGINS

We started with one question.

What if the best part of the day was the ten minutes before anyone else woke up. Chai n Chaska is built around that pause: the boil, the spice, the pour, done slowly and on purpose. No shortcuts. Just one cup, made with attention.

PHILOSOPHY

Heat was never
the point.

A good chai lets the spices bloom. We have never found a way to make it taste right in a hurry, and we stopped trying a long time ago.
